Please note:

  • Attach a copy of the Clients Profile / Proof of Purchase in the case of a repair request.
  • State your complaint with as much information and specific detail as possible.
  • Should you not receive a job number within 24 hours please call the Service Department and request the job number.
  • The serial appears on the front of the instruction booklet and on the rear of the appliance, e.g. 1519U336100478.
