Oven door does not close?

  • Check to see if the hinges on the oven are correctly fitted into cavity slots
  • Ensure release lever on the hinges are not in the up position
  • Check the manual to remove or fit oven door

Oven cavity is discoloring?

  • Check to ensure no oven lining or foil has been used on the oven cavity

How to clean the glass on the oven door

  • Use glass cleaner and soft cloth or sponge. Apply glass cleaner to soft cloth or sponge, do not spray directly. Do not use abrasive cleaners, steel-wool pads, gritty wash cloths or some paper towels as damage can occur. If using paper towels, check on the packaging that they are suitable first, some may cause damage.

What is the minimal distance that the cookerhood must be mounted above the hob?

  • For a gas hob of less than 7500W power the minimum distance is 65cm. For hobs over 7500W the minimum distance is 75cm.

How to install a cookerhood in a re circulation mode?

  • All hoods can be used in ducted or recirculation modes. Recirculation removes unpleasant odours and fat from the air that passes through it and blows the air back into the kitchen. This system does not reduce the humidity.
